Twenty Second Sunday in Ordinary Time

1) Novena in preparation for the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary begins tomorrow Sunday 30th August. Novena prayer will be recited at all the masses after the Communion prayer. Masses on weekdays at 6.30 and 7.15 am & 5.30, 6.30 and 7.30 pm. Please note 6.30 pm mass will be only for children.

On Saturday 05th September evening masses at 5 & 6.15 pm in English and 7.30 pm in Marathi. For the 6.15 pm mass the church will be reserved only for children. On Sunday 30th August and 6th September evening masses will be at 5.30 & 6.45 pm. No mass at St. Thomas on 05th September, mass as usual at Eden Villa on Sunday 6th September

Legionaries will be accepting mass intentions during the novenas from 5 to 7 pm which will offered at the 7.30 pm mass.

Novenas to Our Lady of Perpetual Succour on Wednesday & St. Jude on Thursday will not be recited. Holy Half Hour on First Friday 04th Sept. is also cancelled

Kindly patronize the Food and Snack stalls put up by ICPYC and game stalls by Children for Christ in the shed area from 5:30pm from 31st August to 8th September except Sunday 6th sept.

2) ICPYC is organizing movie screenings for the Children of our Parish on 30th August & 6th September, in the St. Paul VI Hall - from 6:30 pm onwards. Registrations to begin on 29th August (Evening) & 30th August (After children’s mass) Token fee is 50/-.

3) 'A Walk with Our Lady', a walking pilgrimage around the parish, organised by Confraternity and Bombay Catholic Sabha on Sunday 6th September from 11.30 am onwards from church quadrangle. All are invited to walk together with Our Lady in faith, prayer, and devotion.

4) Monti Fest will be celebrated on Sunday 13th September with thanksgiving mass at 6.30 am in Konkani followed by cultural programme with fellowship meal in the St. Paul VI Hall in the evening from 6.30 pm onwards. Dinner coupons are available with the Association Members and in the Quadrangle after all the masses.

5) The Senior Citizens Association is arranging a bus to Mount Mary's Basilica, for special Mass for the sick and aged on Monday, 14th September at 11.30 am. Bus leaving I C Church at 8 am. Registration on first come first served basis, from Tuesday 1st September from 6 to 6.30 pm in the church quadrangle.
